Gram Panchayat Citizen’s Charter

The Gram Panchayat Citizen’s Charter is an official document that provides clear information about the various services offered to the public by the Panchayat and the time limits within which these services are to be delivered. The Citizen’s Charter is prepared with the objective of ensuring that people receive lawful, transparent, and time-bound public services, while promoting greater accountability and transparency in local governance.
